Problems of new business model formation in the regional economies of modern Russia

Abstract

The authors examine the problems of new business model formation in the regional economies of modern Russia. They argue that the creation of this kind of model and mechanism is possible on the basis of joint ventures, not only producing a new product on the territory of Russia, but forming a totally new type of mentality and culture, which implies the transfer from a high-tech to a high-home philosophy.
