The research design used was causal quantitative research. The subjects in this study are consumers who have become customers of the Sulanyah branch of the Pertiwi Flower Shop and the objects in this study are company image, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. Data were collected by document recording and questionnaire method, and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis. Abstract
This study aims to obtain tested findings about the effect of corporate image on customer loyalty, the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty, and the effect of corporate image and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty. The research design used was causal quantitative research. 本研究旨在获得企业形象对顾客忠诚的影响、顾客满意对顾客忠诚的影响以及企业形象和顾客满意对顾客忠诚的影响的检验结果。本研究采用因果定量研究。本研究的研究对象为已成为Pertiwi花店Sulanyah分店顾客的消费者,研究对象为公司形象、顾客满意度和顾客忠诚度。采用文献记录法和问卷调查法收集资料,采用多元线性回归分析。结果表明:1)公司形象对Toko Bunga Pertiwi的顾客忠诚度有正向显著影响;2)顾客满意度对Toko Bunga Pertiwi的顾客忠诚度有正向显著影响;3)公司形象和顾客满意度对Toko Bunga Pertiwi的顾客忠诚度有显著影响。
