"Violencia Invisivel": as varias formas de exploracao sexual infanto-juvenil em Vitoria da Conquista

Abstract

This article aims to present research results about the world of children and teenagers exploitation in the town of Vitoria da Conquista, state of Bahia. These are children and teenagers, from lower classes, that experiment in their daily lives several ways of violence, including impossibility of access to basic surviving conditions and denial of the “human condition”. This reality of exploitation and violence is understood by means of reflections of Hannah Arendt, Giorgio Agamben, Francisco de Oliveira, among others. In order to understand such a world, we have examined the log book of the Sentinel Program of the town and interviewed the childhood councilors, NGOs’ coordinators e the victims of this tragic reality
