Abstract

Recently, profit and nonprofit organizations have devoloped rapidly in Taiwan. There is also a high competitiveness between nonprofit organizations, especially emerging tourist industries in Tainan. Operators or visitors all begin to focus on touristic qualities. The research is aimed at nonprofit organizations Chimei Museum in Tainan. By kano two-dimensional quality model to proceed classification and design questionnaire, it confers different levels of customer demand of Chimei Museum and finds the touch point of visitors and Chimei Museum and Chimei Museum's performance indicators to visitors.
