Abstract

Research problem : Metal waste represents one of the most important challenges facing the world in the twenty-first century, due to the large increase in its types and quantities as a result of the technological development and the increase in both population numbers and consumption rates in all walks of life, in addition to the limited safe disposal sites for this waste. And the high costs of environmental management related to it, as well as the strictness of international agreements and environmental legislation that regulate its movement between international borders, which can be considered as problematic research .
