Data analysis was performed using the spss application using Kruskal-Wallis test with significance level if the result of p<0,05. Results of Study: The results of the sample group were 100%, 50%, 25%, 12,5%, 6,25%, 3,125%, 1,56% in the MIC test showed turbidity in all samples, then the MBC test showed growth bacteria in all samples. The assessment of the probability test p value of 1,000 (>0,05) indicates that there is no significant difference between research groups. 目的:研究不同浓度柠檬草浸膏对变形链球菌生长的影响。方法:本研究采用后验单对照设计,总样本为9个,浓度为100%、50%、25%、12、5%、6、25%、3125%、1、56%,阳性对照和阴性对照,共3个重复。本研究采用稀释法,通过观察浊度可以标记为MIC,而MBC采用倒平板法,通过观察平板上是否有细菌生长来确定。采用spss软件进行数据分析,若p0,05)表示各研究组间差异无统计学意义,采用Kruskal-Wallis检验,具有显著性水平。结论:不同浓度的香茅茎浸膏对变形链球菌的生长无明显影响。
