First, to evaluate the service consequences (good and bad) of the PNR facilities, the paper establishes a methodology, based on the analysis of key factors, including PNR facility positions, subway station properties, service areas, and etc. And then, by using a logit model to estimate and predict the impact of charging policies on the propensity to change user willingness of PNR facilities, we can better understand this relationship. Abstract
Park and Ride (PNR) facilities are regarded as powerful measures to alleviate traffic congestion.
