Abstract

Park and Ride (PNR) facilities are regarded as powerful measures to alleviate traffic congestion. First, to evaluate the service consequences (good and bad) of the PNR facilities, the paper establishes a methodology, based on the analysis of key factors, including PNR facility positions, subway station properties, service areas, and etc. And then, by using a logit model to estimate and predict the impact of charging policies on the propensity to change user willingness of PNR facilities, we can better understand this relationship. This study can help government authorities to rationally plan and scientifically guide the use of PNR facilities.
北京地铁车站停车换乘服务分析
