Although, the single overtaking task counts as hazardous action, it becomes more challenging while involving in hybrid scenarios with comprising various factors. This paper presents an intelligent driver assistant system in scenarios performing overtaking maneuver of a long vision obstructing vehicle as a frontrunner with a probability of another vehicle in front with obstacle likelihood on the road.
