Processing of a «difficult» duodenal stump in an original way

Abstract

Treatment of the «difficult» stump of the duodenum occurs during peptic ulcer surgery. More than 340 methods of its suturing are known. When processing the «difficult» duodenal stump in the examples presented in the paper, the author’s method was used (patent No. 2696656 dated 08/05/2019).
