(2) The degree of effect of high-tech industrial agglomeration on different regions is heterogeneous; The impact of high-tech industrial agglomeration on the eastern and central regions showed a significant inverted \"U\" shape, and had no significant impact on the western region. (3) Analysis of control variables. This article adds a new variable, Education Cost. Abstract

Based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2010 to 2020, the green economic development index of each province is calculated by the entropy method, and the Tobit model is used to explore the influence of high-tech industry agglomeration on the green economy. 高新技术产业集聚对中国绿色经济的影响
基于2010 - 2020年中国30个省的面板数据,采用熵值法计算各省绿色经济发展指数,并运用Tobit模型探讨高技术产业集聚对绿色经济的影响。就中国目前的发展而言,中国高新技术产业的集聚对绿色经济的推动作用十分突出。实证结果表明:(1)高新技术产业集聚对绿色经济发展具有显著的倒“U”型影响。(2)高技术产业集聚对不同区域的影响程度存在异质性;高技术产业集聚对东部和中部地区的影响呈显著的倒“U”型,对西部地区的影响不显著。(3)控制变量分析。本文增加了一个新的变量——教育成本。分析结果表明:财政投入水平和教育投入水平对绿色经济发展具有正向影响,外商直接投资水平和城镇化水平对绿色经济发展具有显著的负向影响。
