The proposed enhancement, named E-ODP, efficiently reconfigures network bandwidth through the utilization of the self-similarity feature of network traffic. Specifically, bandwidth reconfiguration is handled using traffic prediction, fuzzy control, and adaptive learning. Simulation results are presented.
