Psychologické meranie ako prediktívny nástroj rozvoja vodcov

Abstract

The main purpose of our paper was to define the psychological dimensions in the measurement of leadership skills, which have been shown as predictors of leadership success in existing validity research. We focused primarily on the area of cognitive abilities and intellectual potential. We also focused on identifying psychologically relevant behavioural dispositions that could be considered beneficial for leadership success. We briefly touched on the need to verify the obtained measurements in practice as a tool for verifying their validity. Last but not least, our goal was, on the basis of possible results from psychological measurements, the prediction of education as a tool for the development of leaders.
