Abstract

New information technologies and accessibility technologies pose new challenges and opportunities to education. The main purpose of this study is to explore the basic principles that underlie affordable online learning. Accessibility is seen as an opportunity to include those participants who, for various reasons, lag behind the overall flow. The proposed basic principles could serve as a prerequisite for improving the quality of educational materials used.
