Abstract

This paper presents a web based knowledge management system that supports information browsing using both semantic tagging and the Cyc knowledge base. Information contents are not linked each other, but tagged in a way that reflects the semantics of documents. The used tags are also related to concepts in the Cyc knowledge base. The relationships that connect these concepts are reported to the tags and to the information contents, building a huge set of dynamical links that support user's information navigation and sharing.
