We use microstructure analysis, X-ray structure analysis, differential thermal analysis and durometric one to determine physical properties of alloys. Accounting for the contribution of the first degree approximation of high-temperature expansion of the thermodynamic potential of FeB iron monoboride in a Fe-B binary alloy enables to study its thermodynamic stability.
