Development Strategies of Commercial Factoring Companies Based On Multi-attribute Attitude Model

Abstract

As the famous British economist named Christopher said, in the 21st century business competition is no longer the competition among companies, but among supply chains. Factoring is a key to help supplier enterprises improve financial condition and that would also benefit whole supply chain. This article introduces the basic definition of factoring, and analyzes current status of the global factoring development. Meanwhile, the main differences between traditional banks and factoring enterprises are also described. According to the author’s working experience and the result of the investigation with supply chain users, this article finally promotes the developing strategies of factoring enterprise based on multi-attribute-attitude-model.
