Abstract

Before the official discourse of an area abandoned by its inhabitants and deteriorating, that justifies a urban renewal from the Metropolitan Center of Monterrey, it is important to analyze the changes and dynamics Center presents today and occurring at the same time the process gentrification is being developed.
