Abstract

For the uncertainty of load, wind and solar power generation in distribution network planning., the method of using the k-means clustering method for processing is proposed for distribution network planning research. Firstly, the k-means clustering-based method is used to analyze renewable energy generation and load demand and establish a planning model with minimum net present value based on total investment cost; then, the distribution network planning model is solved using a hybrid algorithm; finally, the proposed method is applied to a 24-bus distribution system to verify its effectiveness and performance. The simulation results verify the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed planning method.
基于DE-PSO混合算法的配电网规划研究
