Abstract
According to Future Mobile Broadband PPDR Communications Systems, a reliable public safety communications network has guidelines for optimal operations. One of the guidelines refers to the duty to serve requirement. With mobile broadband delivered by commercial network operators everywhere, consumers have for a long time been accessing powerful smartphone applications in a big way. Interoperability has been ranked increasingly as one of the most crucial communication issues when it comes to public safety. Interoperability is the core future of FirstNet. Legally, the FirstNet network needs to be based on minimum technical requirements, which are supposed to satisfy the commercial standards for long term evolution services or the wireless communications of high‐speed information. FirstNet has the responsibility of building an enhanced packet core network, which is a major component that ensures the network has six main functions. These are processing of data, reformatting information, switching data, storage of data, maintenance of data, and keeping data secure.
