Abstract

Oil industry accidents and wastes impose an aquatic environmental threat. Remediation techniques and models neglect the extraction of high molecular hydrocarbons due to their challenging experimental characteristics determination. In this presentation, we are going to talk about the different experimental devices we used for the determination of the vapor pressure, partition coefficient and the aqueous solubility of high molecular weight hydrocarbons.
