Prevention of Crimes in the Digital Economy

Abstract

In this article, the authors pay attention to the processes of digitalization of the economy and the growth of crime in the digital economy. The reasons for the latency of cybercrime, the problems of qualifying crimes committed in the IT sphere, and their classification are considered. The authors propose specific measures aimed at preventing crimes in the digital economy.
