Abstract

Bottom Dead Center (BDC) dynamic accuracy is the key performance indicators of punching machine; it is an important indicator assessing the level of product technology and manufacturing. In this paper, using LabVIEW virtual instrument technology, combining with eddy current sensors, high precision A/D sampling circuit, after analog filtering, real-time capturing and digital filtering, the detection equipment collected BCD curve. And using detection algorithm without the aid of other auxiliary pulse signal, it implements the BDC's identification. And then output test report using Excel software. The resolution of measurement reaches 1 micron.
冲床下死点检测装置
