Abstract
This article addresses the general results of using a high-performance inhibitive water-base fluid system for drilling horizontal extended reach wells (ERD) and two-casing wells on a field in West Siberia, Russia. It also reveals potentialities for drilling even more challenging wells, as well as prospects for future projects where drilling fluid systems of this type can be used.
