Abstract

Learning process is very difficult for Visually Impaired people as they are unable of receiving visual information. Braille is basically a writing system to aid the visually impaired people. Unfortunately, people of developing or underdeveloped countries cannot afford the available advance electronic braille as they are very expensive.
