Applying the resource based view of the firm to the supply chain, in this study utilizes survey data from 100 respondents who hold executive positions or higher in the logistics provider firms in Malaysia. The results are based on regression analysis and equation modeling by using SPSS software. The researcher used four independent variables that affect the supply chain security operational performances which are cargo management, facility management, human resource management and information management. Abstract
