Firstly, a hackerspace product development framework is given out based on the \"Internet plus\" environment, and the schemes decision model is one of the most important components. Secondly, by analyzing the heterogeneous schemes including textual descriptions, sketches and CAD models, three different feature vectors are introduced and combined as a joint computer-aided decision model. Then, a group decision-making model in voting-based method is added for the hybrid model.
