The study shows that there is much room for improvement in the labor productivity in most of the mining areas of the coal enterprise, and the labor productivity in more than half of the mining areas continues to decline. Wilcoxon test method is adopted to analyze the comprehensive efficiency and key improvement indicators of labor productivity from the perspective of the mining area located in the urban or suburban areas. The results show that there are significant differences in comprehensive efficiency and production cost between the two groups. Abstract

中国煤炭企业劳动效率评价:基于不期望产出的混合DEA模型
煤炭工业是中国经济发展的重要支柱。劳动生产率的高低对煤矿生产有着重要的影响。本文采用Hybrid-DEA模型对劳动生产率进行评价,将相对瓦斯排放量作为不良产出纳入影响劳动生产率的因素中。本文以中国某大型煤炭企业2015 - 2017年的统计数据为基础,从微观层面对煤炭企业生产过程中的劳动生产率进行实证分析,为煤炭企业的生产管理提供决策依据。研究表明,煤炭企业大部分矿区的劳动生产率还有很大的提升空间,有一半以上矿区的劳动生产率持续下降。采用Wilcoxon检验方法,从位于城市或郊区的矿区角度分析劳动生产率的综合效率和关键提升指标。结果表明,两组在综合效率和生产成本上存在显著差异。郊区矿区的综合效率和关键指标优于城市矿区。
