Abstract
In this paper, in terms of binary sequences with ideal autocorrelation, we present a systematic construction of quaternary low correlation zone (LCZ) sequence sets with flexible parameters. By the proposed construction, new optimal quaternary LCZ sequence sets inequivalent to known ones can be generated.
