In this chapter we will describe some of the concepts and the differences between traditional and novel purification methods, in order to point out how a researcher can start the protein purification techniques. Abstract
Purification of protein attracts the scientists’ attention toward science in 1926, as Somnar started purification and crystallization of urease from yeast.
