In particular two examples of miniaturized on-chip slot antennas, operating at 5.0 GHz and 9.0 GHz frequency bands, integrated with radio frequency integrated circuits on a Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor (CMOS) chips are presented and discussed. Abstract
