Considering the user time and economic cost and the safe operation of the distribution network, under the premise of ensuring that the daily load of the user is not affected and the power distribution network is safely operated, the tiered queuing charging method is adopted to achieve as many charging needs as possible within a limited time, and the charging cost of the user can be reduced and the proceeds of the agent operator can be improved. Abstract
