Possibilities of the spectrometry and photometry application for the investigation of the drug prevotsel destruction under the action of microorganisms

Abstract

Prevotsel is unionogenic surface active substance based on oxyethylenealkylphenol (OEAPH). Investigations performed were aimed at the adaptation of the Pseudomonas to the mediums containing the drug Pervotsel W-OF-7, usage of the methods of infrared investigation for the mechanism of the biological destruction of the OEAPH molecules.
