This bot helps the users to stay at one place and gives the solution for any of the queries that has raised by users. However, this bank chat bot will assist the user rather than a person in resolving his or her problem, allowing us to benefit while remaining at home. People who are unable to leave due to the COVID-19 can use this initiative to resolve issues with their banks. This chat bot system can help the users in knowing about the bank queries. So it will be a solution and useful system in our day to day life.
