Abstract

The problem of improvement of uniformity of microwave energy distribution is studied. The using of multielement excitation of rectangular microwave chamber is posed. Calculations of distribution were carried out by an exhaustive method from the finite number of variants. Multielement excitation allows one to improve greatly uniformity of the microwave energy distribution in inside material.
