Abstract
In this paper we proposed unconventional method for the synthesis of digital current circuits based on linear algebra. The novelty of the material lies in the linear-monotonic version of the representation of multi-valued functions. The mathematical analysis of expressions of the monotonic form of the logical-arithmetic representation is carried out, as well as schematic implementations and graphic designations of considered logical functions are shown. The functional diagram of the current memory element is presented.
