It is based on semantic web technologies and cloud computing and provides fast ERP development process and \"an ecosystem\" of enterprises that ensures quality customer service. Moreover, our platform provides a middleware that offers to users more efficient services corresponding to current situations and adapts its ERP applications more quickly and cost effectively. Abstract

Mobile cloud computing (MCC) has attracted more and more attention from both Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). MCC provides access to cloud services for mobile devices.
