Abstract

Productivity is the optimum utilisation of resource to manufacture an acceptable product or services towards its target customers. This utilisation of resource is depends on the organisation culture. The culture is dependent on the ethos that the management practices. The satisfied employee will prune the losses of the organisation and will try to bring organisation to profitability. Management practices and work – life balance practices are perspectives from the employers and employees which surely impacts the productivity. This paper tries on am elementary level to forge a mathematical model related to productivity.
