Abstract
This paper proposes a method to evaluate WLAN network quality from the perspective of customer perception. This paper describes the construction of the test environment, the process of using mathematical methods to find the relationship between typical Internet Service Perception indicators and WLAN network quality indicators, and determines the boundary threshold of each quality interval.
