Abstract

This paper presents the current status of developing an environment for network-based continuous indoor and outdoor positioning verification system. With the recent advancements of V2X technology, real-time wireless communication networks are now available in automobiles, and network-based positioning systems are being actively developed as a result. This paper discusses the multi-sensor-based indoor and outdoor position verification environment, as well as the system development direction, in which the V2X network can be linked to verify various positioning system.
