Attestation of medical and pharmaceutical personnel in the Far Eastern Federal region: its relevance and arising problems

Abstract

Attestation of medical and pharmaceutical personnel is a voluntary procedure that elevates professional competences and degree of responsibility of every specialist for products of their labor. There are several attestation committees organized in the Far Eastern Federal Region that guarantee medical and pharmaceutical personnel the right of having their level of professional competences determined by assigning proper qualification categories.
