Herpes porcellus (Lacordaire, 1863) in Hungary (Coleoptera, Curculionidae: Hyperinae)

Abstract

Distribution of Herpes porcellus (Lacordaire, 1863) in Hungary is outlined based on the low numbers of old collection data and results of aimed research aft er 2010. Observations on the lifestyle of the species, which is rare throughout Europe, are presented. With 8 fi gures.
