Abstract

Wireless access in HFC (hybrid-fiber-coax) systems essentially integrates two major telecommunication infrastructure, i.e., wireless and HFC networks. From a transmission system technology point of view, this paper reviews the feasibility and technical limitations in carrying out the network integration.
