In this paper, recommendation system is designed to filter out respondents range by applying an expert finding algorithm so that each user will receive question within his or her own level of knowledge. Making use of an expert finding algorithm, all users will be classified based upon their level of knowledge and then filtering will be applied on the set of derived dataset. The recommender system assessment shows that the operation of experts has been improved.
