Abstract

Aiming at the high-precision, high-efficiency and high-quality processing problems in the field of micro-machining, a new method of laser electrolysis combined machining was proposed. For the laser processing process easy to produce thermal effects and smooth electrolytic processing, the electrolyte circulation control system based on laser electrolysis combined processing was designed.
