Second, job satisfaction was found to have a positive mediating effect between public service motivation and organizational citizenship behavior. Third, it was found that the mediating effect of job satisfaction between public service motivation and organizational citizenship behavior was moderated by job autonomy. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the mediating effect of job satisfaction in the relationship between public service motivation and organizational citizenship behavior of public servants and to demonstrate the moderated mediation effect of job autonomy. 本研究的目的是考察工作满意度在公务员服务动机与组织公民行为关系中的中介作用,并证明工作自主性的调节中介作用。为此,利用韩国行政研究院发表的以中央行政机关和地方自治团体一般公职人员为对象的“2021年公共生活感知调查”数据,进行了适度的中介分析。研究结果表明,首先,公共服务动机对工作满意度和组织公民行为具有正向影响。第二,工作满意度在公共服务动机与组织公民行为之间具有正向中介作用。第三,工作满意度在公共服务动机与组织公民行为之间的中介作用被工作自主性调节。基于研究结果,提出了公共部门人力资源开发视角下改善个体情感和行为的现实意义和未来研究建议。
