Abstract

В статье, на основе усовершенствованного механизма реализации проектов государственно-частного партнерства , решена задача повышения эффективности функционирования транспортно-логистических компаний в условиях АТУ АО «ЕВРАЗ ЗСМК» . In the article, on the basis of an improved mechanism for the implementation of PPP projects, the task of improving the efficiency of the functioning of transport and logistics companies in the conditions of the ATU of EVRAZ ZSMK JSC is solved. The proposed mechanism makes it possible to increase the efficiency of the justification of management decisions in the operational and strategic planning of the allocation of resources of the road complex.
