Euglycemic diabetic ketoacidosis in a woman with type I diabetes, end-stage renal disease and COVID-19 infection

Case Report: AG is a 33 year-old woman with a history of type I diabetes mellitus (diagnosed at age 8), hypertension and end-stage renal disease on hemodialysis for 8 years who presented to the hospital with worsening nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain of one week’s duration, in the setting of COVID-19 infection with symptom onset 10 days prior and missed hemodialysis on the day of presentation.
