Embedded system for fruit image processing

Abstract

In the present study, a computer visual system based on image processing was developed. Its application in the analysis of the quality of cherries stored for 3 weeks was shown. The developed color filtering of the images and the presentation of the object color as a RGB histogram allow detection of spoiled zones and monitoring of color changes.
