The sensitivity of the media to the coverage of information on the provision of medical care to patients with coronary heart disease SARS CoV-2 (COVID-19), the state of health care facilities, provision of drugs, ancillary equipment, test systems and clear action to address urgent issues is necessary human rights as a basis for values and the prevention of discrimination and xenophobia. Communication between a doctor and a person is of great importance for the consumer of an information product, and the position of the Minister of Health of Ukraine M. V. Stepanov as the main communicator is important here. Daily briefings are a guarantee of a clear position of the government, reasonable and considered actions; is a primary source of information that helps raise public awareness of the progress of medical reform, current changes in legislation and health care.One of the main reasons for the spread of SARS CoV-2 coronavirus is the lack of public accountability, but the media, through proper coverage, must be particularly effective in delivering key messages to reach the public.
