Furthermore, RPB allows user to do testing at anytime, anywhere provided there is an Internet connection. The authors also discuss the value that automation has bought to iDENtrade phone testing together with the metrics. Abstract

Software testing is one of the crucial activities in the system development life cycle. The purpose of testing can be quality assurance, verification and validation, or reliability estimation.
